Our Team
Sorin Putarici - Operations Leader
Sorin has been working in the construction industry for 30+ years. He has worked in Romania, Germany, Israel, Russia, and has been working in Canada since 2004. Sorin is responsible for day-to-day operations at MQR, he is the heart of the operation and is responsible for overseeing safety compliance, product delivery, quality control, and customer satisfaction. When Sorin is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer with friends, and taking his dog Puppy for walks.
Zach Polini - Dispatcher
Zach handles orders from new and existing customers. Flexible and with clear communication, Zach works diligently to get our concrete to wherever it is needed to fit into the dynamic schedules of our customers. Although Zach spends most of his time at the batch plant, when he finds a day off he can be found camping, spending time with his girlfriend and her horses, or fixing up his car (or his friends) in his garage.
